Sorry we're late....we had server gremlins....

This publication is dedicated & maintained by those of us who really care about this city. We are many---(and growing stronger with more people joining our ranks everyday). We are the nameless, faceless city, county, state & federal workers who are sick of the good ole boy system here in Houston, Texas--We were born on 7-30-1999. We are---married & single-male & female, maintenance worker to Deputy Directors. We are the faceless civil servants who year after year do our job. We are the one's who see the hard earned tax $$s of the citizens in this area used & abused and given away to enrich a few greedy people with each new administration. Our hobbies include: Watching our backs---as we try to bring you the truth of what is happening in Houston, and getting the REAL information out to the public. This publication is our collective voice.

Let's just get right to it....

We see the administration is trying to lock down on us again....the following admonition came down to us from  Showri Nandagiri...

"Use of Computers, E-mail & Internet"....that's all right...most of our snitches have their own internet accts....and those who don't, drop it in our P.O.Box

Notice how he goes on to say "It is extremely important that you comply with the policy".....Reader's we're here to tell you that We're the only people held to policy...the Hierarchy NEVER is! (Check HOUSNITCH 5 & see that Showri himself violates these policies...the letters there came right off his computer!!!!!!)....."Employees not complying with the stated policy will be subject to disciplinary action, up to & including indefinite suspension"......YET HILDA GARZA SCOTT still sits on her ass in her office after giving her husband MILLIONS!!!!!!!     WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE???????? (and IF the administration wasn't doing anything wrong they wouldn't worry about what you put in your e-mails!!!!)

Here's another interoffice memorandum we think you guys will love!!!!!! It refers to our HOUSNITCH 4, where we point out that we have several consultants occupying office space & using city equipment free of charge......We're going to take this document...point by point

Point #1-This memo seems to have been sent on Sept 7th, 1999....hmmmmm... HOUSNITCH had a personal appointment with Mayor on that date to discuss just these issues......

Point #2- He is asking about the Firms at 611 Walker...

Point #3- Look at the date that Jerry King sends this to Hilda Garza Scott.....11/21/99...Even the Director of Public Works Jerry King isn't concerned with what the Mayor wants....he didn't even attempt an answer for more than 2 months (Laughing Our Asses OFF!)

Point #4- Look at what Jerry King says to Hilda in his own hand writing.....:

"ASAP, PLEASE, PREPARE A REPLY FOR MY SIGNATURE THAT OUTLINES WHICH FIRMS ARE LEFT IN 611 WALKER STREET....THANKS "

and there's his "J" after the note...."J" on the TO: at the top of the page....and Hilda's office has "checked" her receipt of this memorandum....we told you boys & girls.....these people in charge here at P W & E are giving away the store...But we all know when we put out Housnitch 4 that PGAL received their eviction notice pretty soon there after..... To this day though....GILBANE is still on the 14th floor, between the elevators & the entrance to the lobby for the inner offices.. we know they have at least one phone & 2 computers in there...heck their name is on the door on a printed out piece of paper for all the world to see...take a ride up there....NOBODY's gonna stop you!

Kudos to Tim Fleck for taking on PGAL's Jack Linville, in last week's HOUSTON PRESS---We'd like to respond to some of this article's statements....We're gonna say all the things FLECK couldn't.....

"He's got a pretty strong social conscience," says Lee (EL FRANCO), stressing the idealistic side of Linville. "He was raised on the poor side of town."....We believe his sense of social conscience extends to how much money it can put in his pocket to support & move him ever upward in social standing....no matter who he screws in the process...that's where we believe the strong comes in....like in "strong arm".

When business leaders explain their motivation for contributing thousands of dollars to a winning candidate, almost invariably their line is that they are supporting good government, not trying to buy business....Yea Rite...we believe his illegal contributions to the Mayor's campaign backs all that up!

Lee and Linville say PGAL clearly had the best proposal on the courthouse and that any pairing of their firms on non-county contracts has no bearing on who gets county work. And PIGS fly under their own power.

Mayor Brown knows Linville as a generous contributor and campaign finance chairman, but also as the employer of his daughter Jenna Ford, a young architect at PGAL. Linville says she was recruited and hired before anyone at the firm was aware of her relationship to the mayor....Did you choke on what we believe is a  lie? You are this man's friend, campaign treasurer, have worked on every facet of getting him elected, up to & serving as campaign treasure for his special interest committee " HOUSTONIANS FOR BROWN"...and you don't know who his daughter is.....it's a wonder you weren't struck by lightening on that one!

"I don't make a lot of money," explains Linville,...We believe you make too much of the taxpayer's money! 

(enough is enough....we don't believe anything this man says is true)

When a man tells you that he got rich through hard work, ask him: "Whose?"

We understand the Mayor was on KTRH RADIO  last week saying that South Western Bell was responsible for the bad repair jobs filling in the pot holes after they dig up a portion of city property...Hey Mayor.....guess what?....THEY CAN'T DO REPAIRS WITHOUT A CITY PERMIT.....AND IF YOU FOLLOW CITY POLICY THEY CAN'T GET PAID UNLESS THEIR WORK IS APPROVED BY A CITY OF HOUSTON INSPECTOR APPROVING NOT ONLY THE WORK, BUT ALSO THE MATERIAL!  Southwestern Bell is one of the more responsible firms that does business with the City...they hire their own engineers & personnel, IF there is a problem IT'S BECAUSE OF THE CONSULTANTS THE MAYOR HAS P W & E HIRE!!!!! AND GIVES "FAVORED" STATUS TO--YOU GOT A SONG TO GO WITH THAT TUNE OF BLAMING EVERYBODY ELSE BUT YOUR ADMINISTRATION MAYOR?

On to TSC....(ya'll remember Hilda's husband's company)...COUNCILMEMBERS.....we're going to show you exactly HOW this company is ripping us off..(listen to us.. PLEASE....we KNOW how  this should work!). It is up to you to stop it...DENY THIS REQUEST FOR the amount of MONEY they want!!!!!! GET INVOLVED
