And, to all you companies who wish to push for Hilda Garza-Scott...HOUSNITCH IS CHALLENGING HER P.E. LICENSE....all kind of Ethics violations...we understand we could have grounds to challenge some of YA'LLS.....be very careful WHO you push, WE might just push back!!! And... Hilda you better quit spending City time doing all this personal politicking on company time, Tom Rolen just might have what it takes to fire you!

EDITORIAL COMMENT
I really had not decided HOW to start off this week. As the editor of this publication, I am but a front for all the people who feed me information. The legions of snitches are growing, and I wish to thank those of you who trust me with your identities, and, all of you who don't but who send me information anyway.
This Tuesday, April the 18th is my birthday. I will be 47 years old, aside from the times that my children were born, I am having the BEST time of my life. And I owe it all to the people who really make this publication worth reading.
Among all the flowers, candy, bath condiments, perfumes & dinners my children gave me for this birthday, seems this Editor, received a VERRRY nice present in the mail this week, and I am more than happy to share it with all of ya'll.
Ya'll know how irresponsible, and ineffectual & what fence sitters this administration has been in taking action against Hilda Garza Scott? Rumors are rampant that Jerry King's last day is the 30th of April (which has Ms. Sacred Cow beaming ear to ear & announcing to anybody & everybody that she's going to be the next Director of P W & E) , well a snitch sent us a way to handle the matter ourselves.
Lee P. Brown be damned. We don't know what Hilda has on him, but we're going at this sacred cow from another angle.
This is the best present this editor could have received, (outside of the tape of Hilda that is out there) , THANK YOU to who ever sent it...
